I’m Mgr. Martin Masaryk

I’m a passionate football coach specializing in women’s football, with 14 years of experience in women’s football including the UEFA Women’s Champions League. I graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports at Comenius University in Bratislava, earning my Master’s degree in 2017 with a focus on football coaching.

I started my coaching journey in 2012 in women’s football, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in several amazing roles. In 2013, I became the assistant coach of ŠK Slovan Bratislava W, where I took over as head coach in 2016. In 2020, I embraced the challenge of leading the women’s team of AC Sparta Prague W, and since 2023, I’ve been the head coach of the women’s team at FC Honvéd Budapest W.

I hold a UEFA A license and have gained inspiration and experience through internships at top clubs like Bayern Munich, AC Milan, and Juventus Torino.

Coaching is not just a job for me—it’s a way to help players grow and achieve their football dreams.

For me, the training process is a key part of coaching. I aim to play modern, offensive football that is not only effective but also exciting for the fans.

I believe players should be able to make their own decisions on the pitch and fully use their creativity. At the same time, I demand high fitness levels and strong technical skills from my players to meet the challenges of modern football.
